Miami, Florida is a huge coastal city in southeastern Florida, which is the county seat of Miami-Dade County. It has more than 250 neighborhoods and countless sub-neighborhoods and is the second largest community in the state by population. It is also the fourth largest urban area in the United States. By 2013,  the estimated median household income was $31,070 and the estimated per capita income was $22,692. In the same year, the estimated median house or condo value in the city was $223,500, the mean housing price on all units was $290,150 and the median gross rent was $947.
