Parkland residents are primarily upscale professionals, with a high Hispanic concentration of roughly 35%. It is close in proximity to the Boca Raton Town Center and Coral Springs for restaurants and a movie theater. Parkland's real estate and homes for sale are nestled amongst numerous horse ranches, large pine trees, and dense foliage, giving it a rural environment for its affluence and high quality of life.
